Shipping Methods, Costs, and Processing Time
Jewelry is fun to buy and fun to give as a gift ~ enjoy yourself! Each order includes care instructions and is shipped in a protective box inside a bubble pack envelope to ensure safe delivery. This is our way of saying thank you and is a free service to our customers. Some of our items come in a complimentary leatherette gift box, or you may add our gift box services for $4.00 when you check out. Gift boxes are either a luxurious black velvet or stately white leatherette box (our choice) packed inside a protective cardboard box and padded envelope for shipping. You may also want to consider adding insurance by marking it in the checkout notes.
Sterling Maiden makes every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible. Orders using our FREE DOMESTIC USPS SHIPPING are typically shipped within 3 business days. Certain orders such as custom or larger chainmaille pieces may take longer due to it being handcrafted specifically for you. If you are ordering custom or chainmaille jewelry, and if it will take longer than three days to ship, you will be notified via the email address that you entered during checkout.
If you would like to RUSH your order, you will be notified of your new order total (which includes the RUSH fee) via the email address you have provided to us. If you choose to rush your shipping, you can choose from USPS Express or Priority; please note your preference in the order notes. Certain orders may take longer than 1- 3 business days before they are shipped, and you will be contacted with any updates via the email address you enter during checkout. All international orders will be handled on an individual basis, and you will be notified of the additional shipping charges before your order is completely processed.

takes 3-6 days (sometimes longer, especially near the holidays) for
USPS delivery, depending on the destination.
RUSH SHIPPING OPTIONS
USPS Priority Mail - $6.00 (postage and handling)
Orders take 1-2 (business) days to process and about 2-4 days to be delivered
depending on the destination. USPS does not guarantee service.
USA Express Mail - $20.00 (postage and handling)
Orders take one business day to process and 1-2 days to be delivered depending
on the destination. Signature required unless you specifically instruct
us to waive signature. Customers choosing to waive required signatures for
express deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders
once they leave Sterling Maiden.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
FedEx is the chosen carrier and you will receive an email regarding delivery and cost details. A $10.00 handling charge will be added to the actual shipping charge. Your credit card will be charged for any items, shipping, and handling only when your order is shipped. Any taxes, tariffs, or duties assessed by customs will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
